How We Work
Nothing Starts
Until We Agree.
The walkthrough, the rendering and the written quote all come before you commit to anything.
We Educate First
Measure Twice. Cut Once.
The old rule is about lumber. We apply it to the whole project. Almost everything that goes wrong on a remodel went wrong at the very beginning, when two people pictured two different rooms and neither found out for months.
So we spend the time at the front. We walk the space, take apart what you actually want, and put a rendering and a written quote against that same picture until every party understands the project the same way. Get that right and there is no daylight between what you wanted and what gets delivered. It is easier, and cheaper for everyone, to get it right the first time than to fix it afterwards.
The Terms, In Public.
Anything worth asking before you sign is answered here, where we can be held to it.
What Does It Cost To Find Out?
Nothing. The walkthrough, the rendering and the written quote come before any commitment, and you keep them whether or not you hire us.
How Is Payment Structured?
Fifty percent to reserve the work and cover materials, fifty percent when the job is complete and you have walked it with us. There is no payment tied to a milestone you cannot see with your own eyes.
Who Do I Call?
Brandon or Pamela. Not a call centre, not a project number. The two people whose name is on the company are the two people who answer for it.
How Long Until I See Something?
A first quote is with you within 48 hours of the walkthrough. The 3D rendering and the final numbers follow, usually inside a few days, and nothing is asked of you until you have both in front of you.
What Happens If Something Turns Up Mid-Job?
Draft. Approve Before Launch.
Rarely, and by design. Measure twice, cut once: the reason a job does not sprout surprise line items is that the scope was agreed in full before anything was cut. Nobody is tearing out a finished countertop because the picture was clear from the start. When something genuinely does turn up behind a wall, we stop, show you what we found, price it, and you decide before we go any further. Nothing reaches your invoice that you have not approved first.
A draft is written above and needs your confirmation before it publishes. Your instinct is right that reversals are rare once alignment is done properly, and the draft leads with that. The reason to keep the second half is that the fear being answered is not a client changing their mind. It is the homeowner who has heard about someone opening a wall, finding a problem, and presenting a bill that was never agreed to. Targeting newer homes makes that rarer still, which makes the promise cheap for you to make and reassuring to read.
What Is Covered After You Leave?
Draft. Approve Before Launch.
One hundred percent. If something we built is not right, we come back and put it right. You will not be asked to argue the point or split the cost.
A draft is written above and needs two decisions before it publishes. First, how long: a guarantee with no end date is a liability that outlives the company, and every buyer assumes there is a limit anyway, so naming one reads as more honest, not less. Second, what it covers: our workmanship is yours to guarantee, but a manufacturer's appliance, a client-supplied fixture, ordinary wear and storm damage are not. Naming those exclusions is what makes the "one hundred percent" believable rather than a slogan a reader discounts on sight.
Where We Sit On Price
We are not the cheapest bid you will get, and we are not priced like a luxury showroom. Good work for an honest price, with the quality holding up long after the invoice is settled. If the lowest number is what matters most on your project, we will tell you plainly that we are not your builder.
Waiting does not make the decision easier. It means another season in a house that is not finished, and another year of the room staying exactly as it is.
First Rendering. Final Walkthrough.
Three phases. One name on all of them.
The Rendering
Before a dollar changes hands, you see it. We walk the space, take apart what you actually want, and put a 3D rendering of the finished result in front of you. Nobody signs anything blind. The clearest version of the vision is the cheapest insurance there is, so we hand it over free.
The Build
You approve the plan. From there it's ours. Every trade, every material, every deadline moves through one team that answers for the whole of it. No chasing. No managing it from your kitchen table.
The Handoff
We give the space back better than the rendering promised, on a timeline that holds. Then we step out of it. The next job usually finds us through the last client still standing in their finished one.
